Our Guarantee
At Baddest Art, we take great pride in the quality of our products and service. While we always aim for perfection, the occasional slip-up can happen — and when it does, we’re genuinely sorry.
If you receive an item with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or issue a refund. To help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you provide a few clear photos showing the damage or problem.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, you can choose between:

A free replacement, or

A full refund
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll send out the correct one at no additional cost.
To help us sort things out quickly, please include a few photos of the damage or issue when contacting us.
Change of Mind Policy
We truly want you to love your artwork.
However, as each piece is custom-printed and made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
This includes changes regarding:

Product selection
-
Size
-
Design
-
Colour choice
Because custom items cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed due to a change of mind.
Orders Not Delivered Due to Address Issues or Failed Delivery Attempts
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered production, we’ll gladly update the details. Once processing has begun, changes may not be possible — but we will always do our best to assist.
If an order is returned to us due to:

An incomplete or incorrect address

Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

A parcel not collected
We can issue a refund once the item is returned to us. Please note that in these cases, outbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
